PCB Unveils Tri-Nation Series Trophy Ahead of High-Stakes Tournament

As anticipation builds for the Tri-Nation ODI Series 2025, the tournament’s official trophy has been revealed—marking the beginning of an exciting battle between Pakistan, New Zealand, and South Africa. With the Champions Trophy 2025 on the horizon, this series offers all three teams a perfect platform to fine-tune their squads and adapt to Pakistani conditions.

The tournament will kick off on February 8, with Pakistan facing New Zealand at the newly renovated Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The state-of-the-art venue will also host the second fixture, with New Zealand taking on South Africa on February 10 at an early 9:30 AM start.

The action will then shift to National Bank Stadium in Karachi, where Pakistan will play South Africa on February 12 before the grand finale on February 14. The top two teams from the round-robin stage will clash for the title.

With the Champions Trophy 2025 set to commence on February 19 in Karachi, the tri-series serves as a dress rehearsal for the major ICC event. Pakistan captain Mohammad Rizwan is eyeing his fourth consecutive ODI series win, having previously secured victories over Australia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa in a bilateral series. Speaking about the tournament, he said:

We are excited to be playing again in front of our home crowd and in the newly constructed stadiums in Lahore and Karachi. The preparations have gone well so far, and the players are looking to give their best in this tournament leading up to the ICC event.
