CDA Announces Open Auction of Commercial Plots in Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced an open auction for commercial plots at the Jinnah Convention Center in Islamabad from February 25 to 28, 2025.

The auction will begin at 10:00 AM each day.

The event will offer a variety of commercial plots, including Marakaz, industrial, apartments, Park Enclave, Class-III shopping centers, constructed shops at Blue Area parking plazas, and commercial plots in Blue Area.

Incentives for Investors

CDA has introduced several investor-friendly policies to encourage participation:

• 5% rebate on payments made in U.S. dollars.
• 10% rebate for those who pay the total amount within one month.
• Approval of building plans after an initial 25% payment.
• No site and marketing office charges during the approved construction period.
• Extended payment plan, allowing the remaining 75% to be paid over two years in six equal installments.
• Possession of the plot will be granted after payment of 75% of the premium, subject to a valid bank guarantee for the remaining amount.
