A major scandal has surfaced in Sindh, where over 170,000 wheat bags have reportedly gone missing from government warehouses. In response, the Sindh Food Department has issued show-cause notices to four food supervisors suspected of involvement in the disappearance.
Supervisors Under Investigation
According to Dawn News, the Sindh Food Department has served notices to the following food supervisors:
- Nisar Mirjat (Larkana) – accused of misplacing 1,926 bags
- Zulfiqar Ali Noonari – allegedly responsible for 7,041 missing bags
- Muhammad Sharif Bhutto – suspected of removing 154,813 bags
- Ayaz Ali Mashori – accused of taking 6,402 bags
Strict Action if No Justification Provided
The accused officials have been given 14 days to submit a written explanation. If their responses are deemed unsatisfactory, they will be issued a final show-cause notice and terminated from their positions.
This case raises serious concerns about corruption and mismanagement in government food storage facilities, prompting calls for stricter oversight and accountability.

Prime culprit is a Bhutto. I guess he has to donate to the party coffers.
Hain hi saray Chour and looters, what else you can expect from them…
Such incidents have happened in the past as well. Giving show cause notice & suspension of lower staff is not the long term solution.
Strict punishment & fool proof honest security is needed to perform without any influence of Govt top officials.
This is nothing new … it’s the same old drama. SUVs seen on roads of Sindh are the fruits of Wheat…. which is being eaten by the rats or stolen from the warehouses. Magar Bhutto Zinda Hai.
