NADRA Announces Assistant Director Jobs in Islamabad

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced job openings for the position of Assistant Director in Islamabad.

The deadline is March 9, as stated on the NADRA website. The vacancies are for Assistant Director (Business Analyst) and Assistant Director (Technical Writer) on a contractual basis.

Applicants must have at least three years of relevant experience to be eligible.

Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Director (Business Analyst)

• A four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• The degree must be HEC-accredited.

Required Skills

• Ability to collect and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Proficiency in gathering requirements and preparing project proposals.
• Ability to evaluate program effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Experience in creating reports and stakeholder presentations.
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning skills.

Assistant Director (Technical Writer)

• A four-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• The degree must be HEC-accredited.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Developing technical manuals, business requirement documents, use cases, and reports.
• Working with different teams during system development, testing, and implementation.
• Assisting in defining biometric data collection protocols.
• Knowledge of international standards for biometric technology is a plus.

• The initial contract duration is five years, with an extension option.
