Here’s Pakistan’s Squad for World Cup Qualifiers

Pakistan has officially unveiled a 15-member squad for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifiers, set to take place from 9 to 19 April in Lahore. The team was selected following a thorough evaluation of the players’ fitness and form during the second phase of the preparation camp, which included warm-up matches and practice sessions at both the Gaddafi Stadium and the LCCA Ground.

Veteran Fatima Sana will continue to lead the side as captain in the 50-over format.

The six-team event will see Pakistan competing against Bangladesh, Ireland, Scotland, Thailand, and West Indies in a single-league round-robin format. A total of 15 matches are scheduled across Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium and the LCCA Ground, which will determine the two teams that will join India, Australia, South Africa, England, Sri Lanka, and New Zealand in the competition later this year.
