What the Program Offers
The McCall MacBain Scholarships provide:
- Full tuition and fees for eligible master’s or professional programs at McGill
- A $2,000 monthly living allowance throughout the academic program
- Relocation funding for those moving to Montreal

Who Can Apply
To qualify for the 2026 intake, applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
- Be on track to complete their first bachelor’s degree by August 2026
- Have completed their first undergraduate degree in January 2020 or later
- Have earned a bachelor’s degree before January 2020 and were 30 years old or younger as of January 1, 2025
Additionally, applicants must fulfill McGill’s graduate program entry requirements, including language proficiency standards where applicable.
Key Deadlines
- August 20, 2025 (4:00 PM ET): For international students or those who studied outside Canada and the U.S.
- September 24, 2025 (4:00 PM ET): For applicants who studied in Canada or the United States, or Canadian citizens living overseas
