Loud Explosions Reported in Rawalpindi, Heard Across Islamabad

Panic gripped the federal capital late Saturday night after multiple loud explosions were reported in Rawalpindi, which were heard across I-8, G-11, Bahria Enclave, F-6, and surrounding areas.

Residents took to social media to share their shock and confusion, reporting hearing the powerful blasts. The sounds were described as sudden and forceful, shaking windows and prompting many to step outside to determine the source.

ARY News is reporting that India targeted the Noor Khan Airbase in Rawalpindi. However, the Pakistan military foiled the Indian attack.
