The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has scheduled a major public auction to be held at the Expo Centre in Johar Town on May 27.
The event will offer a variety of residential and commercial plots from different LDA housing schemes. Among the highlights are commercial plots situated in key areas such as Johar Town, Jubilee Town, LDA Avenue-I, Allama Iqbal Town, Sabzazar, Model Town, Mustafa Town, Tajpura, and Gujjarpura.
Residential plots in sought-after localities like Gulberg III, Johar Town, New Garden Town, and Jubilee Town will also be up for bidding. Additionally, plots designated for health and education purposes in LDA City are part of the auction lineup.
The LDA will also offer rental rights for several facilities, including educational institutions, hospitals, fuel stations, market spaces, the LDA Sports Complex, and tuck shops at LDA-run schools.
