Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is expanding its international network with the introduction of a new direct flight from Lahore to Paris.
The first flight on this route is set to depart on June 18, with PIA operating one weekly direct flight every Wednesday. This new service adds to the airline’s existing two weekly direct flights from Islamabad to Paris.
With the addition of the Lahore-Paris route, PIA will now operate a total of three weekly direct flights to the French capital.
The move is part of the national carrier’s broader efforts to expand its operations and improve connectivity to key international destinations. The airline has reportedly seen a notable increase in revenue following its recent operational expansions.
PIA officials say the airline is focused on serving the travel needs of Pakistani citizens more efficiently and is actively planning to launch flights to other European cities in the near future.
The new route is expected to benefit both leisure and business travelers, especially those residing in Punjab, by offering greater convenience and reducing the need for connecting flights.
