The Cabinet Division’s official circular has confirmed that May 28, 2025, will be a public holiday. It is listed alongside other major national holidays such as Pakistan Day, Independence Day, and Eid.

As a result, all government offices, educational institutions, and most private businesses will remain closed for the day.
