SNGPL Holds Corporate Briefing Session for Shareholders and Analysts

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) conducted its Corporate Briefing Session (CBS) after closure of their financials for FY 2023-24, on Thursday, June 5, 2025, in compliance with the requirements of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). The session was held at the Faletti’s Hotel, Lahore and was attended by the shareholders, analysts, and other stakeholders, both in-person and via Video-conferencing.

The Company’s Management provided a comprehensive overview of the operational and financial performance of SNGPL. Key performance indicators, including the Company’s record-high profitability and notable achievements in reducing Unaccounted for Gas (UFG), were shared with the participants.

The Managing Director highlighted that SNGPL recorded the highest ever profit before tax of Rs. 29,843 million and profit after tax of Rs. 18,977 million, resulting in earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 29.92. This represents a significant improvement over the previous year. It was also noted that the Company achieved a major operational milestone by reducing overall UFG losses from 5.15% to 4.93%, the lowest level in 18 years.

An interactive question-and-answer session was held after the presentation, during which the shareholders and analysts posed queries related to the Company’s operations, profitability, UFG control measures, regulatory matters, and future prospects.
