Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has expressed heartfelt condolences following the tragic crash of Air India’s Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, Flight AI-171, which went down in Ahmedabad on Thursday with 242 people on board.
In a message posted on its official social media account, PIA wrote:

The airline’s message of support comes as the international aviation community reels from the devastating news, which marks one of the deadliest air disasters in recent Indian aviation history.
Flight AI-171, bound for London, crashed shortly after takeoff, resulting in a massive explosion and widespread destruction. While rescue operations continue, officials have confirmed over 200 fatalities, with only one known survivor so far
