KP Excise Department Goes Digital with Dastak Platform

In a bid to move towards a cashless Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) has successfully automated the KP Excise Department using the Dastak platform.

This initiative marks the beginning of a broader digital transformation under the province’s FinTech strategy, aimed at enhancing public sector services through innovative solutions like Paymir.

• Total Revenue Collected: Rs. 940 million
• Vehicles Transferred: 19,517
• Revenue from New Registrations: Rs. 528 million
• Token Tax Collected: Rs. 347 million
