Abbas Kamal joins this iconic property with over 16 years of global hospitality experience, including 13 years with leading international brands in Dubai. He brings deep operational expertise and a sharp focus on service excellence. Most recently, he served as Director of Rooms at Pearl-Continental Bhurban, where his leadership contributed to consistent year-on-year business growth, along with significant improvements in team performance, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
Beginning his career as a Guest Service Agent and rising through the ranks of the Rooms Division, Kamal’s journey spans globally acclaimed brands such as The Ritz-Carlton and the Autograph Collection. His international exposure has sharpened his ability to integrate world-class standards with authentic, locally inspired hospitality.
