Air Karachi, one of Pakistan’s emerging aviation players, has announced a new recruitment campaign to fill Station Manager positions across several key cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Multan, Sukkur, and Quetta.
The company is looking to onboard dynamic and experienced professionals to oversee airport operations in a mid-senior management capacity. The opportunity is open to both male and female candidates, with women especially encouraged to apply as part of Air Karachi’s commitment to inclusive hiring.

Education: A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related discipline. Industry-recognized certifications such as IATA in airport or ground operations will be considered an added advantage.
Experience: A minimum of five years in airline or airport operations is essential, with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial role related to aviation, airport handling, or passenger services.
Work Environment: The job involves working in a fast-paced airport environment with irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must also be prepared to manage emergencies and unexpected operational challenges that arise outside of regular working hours.
