A security guard at the WAPDA Complex in Sheikhupura has been arrested for viciously dragging an elderly woman out of the building. The woman had gone to the office to settle her electricity bill.
The video, which went viral on social media, shows the woman pleading with the guard before he forcibly removes her from the premises. The video has sparked widespread anger and grief among the public.
SCO WAPDA, the power authority, has acknowledged the incident and ordered an investigation, stating that such mistreatment is unacceptable. Following a directive from the District Police Officer (DPO), a case has been registered against the security guard.
