Gold Rate in Pakistan Rises by Almost Rs. 7,000 Per Tola in Three Days

The price of 24 karat gold increased by Rs. 1,100 per tola and was traded at Rs. 358,100 on Saturday as compared to its sale at Rs. 357,000 on the last trading day, All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) reported.

It is pertinent to mention here that the price of the yellow metal has risen by Rs. 6,600 per tola in the last three days (Thursday to Saturday).

The prices of 10 grams of 24 karat also increased by Rs. 944 to Rs. 307,013.

The price of gold also rose in the international market, reaching $3,356 per ounce (including a $20 premium), marking an increase of $11, according to APGJSA.

The price of silver per tola climbed by Rs. 85 to settle at Rs. 4,022.
