Role Overview

As a Business Development Officer, the selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing branch performance by:

• Promoting deposit products and wealth management solutions.
• Meeting sales targets while ensuring full compliance with Shariah principles and internal policies.
• Delivering excellent customer service and complying with audit and regulatory standards.
• Building lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Collaborating with branch colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Age Limit: Not more than 30 years as of the application deadline.
• Age relaxation of up to 2 years for Hafiz-e-Quran or holders of Shahadat ul Alimiyah.
• Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Selected individuals will be hired on a 1-year contractual basis, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
