Punjab Fixes Sugar Prices for Four Months

In view of the increasing prices of sugar, the Punjab government has fixed ex-mill and retail prices of sugar for four months.

As per the notification by Punjab Cane Commissioner/Director General (Food) Naveed Shehzad Mirza the ex-mill price of per kg sugar from July 15 to August 14 would be Rs. 165 and at retail it would be sold at Rs. 173.

From August 15 to September 14, ex-mill price of per kg sugar would be Rs. 167 and at retail it would be sold at Rs. 175.

From September 15 to October 14 ex-mill price would be Rs. 169 and at retail it would be sold at Rs. 177.

From October 15 ex-mill price of sugar would be Rs. 171 per kg and at retail it would be sold at Rs. 179 per kg.
