In its stock filing, the company stated that the ongoing challenges in the textile sector made it impractical to resume operations during the review period.
Management is currently evaluating strategic alternatives, restructuring opportunities, and cost optimization plans to prepare for a potential restart once market conditions improve.
The principal business of the Company is to manufacture and sell yarn and other related/ allied operations.
