The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has launched a new email-based complaint system to help citizens contest incorrect e-challans without needing to visit traffic offices.
Under the new system, anyone who believes they have received an e-challan by mistake can send an email to [email protected]. The email must include a photo of the e-challan, the vehicle’s registration number, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once the complaint is received, the PSCA team will review the case. If the claim is found valid after verification, the e-challan will be cancelled.
The authority says this initiative is meant to improve public convenience and reduce unnecessary hassle. Citizens can also reach out via [email protected] or call (+92)-42-9905-1605(08) for more information.

In my opinion there are more important serious issues need attention of Traffic Police department such as wrong way motor cycling can be seen frequently at PECO road and other areas.
Secondly high beam lights on cars and ugly truck like vehicles in the night not checked.
Last but not least motorcycles and ching ches without headlights in the night.
Timely filling of khaddaas temporarily during work in progress phase where road is open for all kind of traffic such as near model town Katchery.
Excellent that you pointed out about high beam and tinted vehicles roaming in cities freely delivering liquor and females and no system to fine these goons.
3 years ago I was carrying my uncle to hospital 🏥 who suffered heart attack.. I drove at high speed and broke red signals… as it was expected I got e challan … before submitting, I emailed them that I had a patient in car and I was in emergency situation and yes I broke signal and was over speeding as well … I broke signal at 4pm and reached hospital hammed lateef at 4:05pm … they replied and asked me to provide patients hospital bills with time which I did on email, showed them my google map history of same date and time .. they canceled my challan immediately… I was impressed by their professionalism.. and this was at least 3 to 4 years ago in 2021 .. I still have their email correspondence with me as record ..
