The Emirates Group has unveiled plans to recruit over 17,000 new employees during the current financial year, expanding its workforce across Emirates Airline, dnata, and other subsidiaries.
According to the group, thousands of positions are open in key departments such as cabin crew, pilots, engineering, IT, HR, finance, sales, customer service, ground operations, and catering.
Since 2022, Emirates has welcomed more than 41,000 professionals, with around 27,000 joining operational departments. The group’s total workforce now stands at approximately 121,000 employees.
To support this expansion, Emirates will organize over 2,100 recruitment events in 150 cities worldwide, targeting top talent in aviation, engineering, IT, and customer-facing roles. Special recruitment sessions in Dubai will also be held to attract UAE national students and graduates.
Dnata, a key subsidiary, aims to recruit over 4,000 specialists in cargo handling, catering, and ground services.
