Operating under the Food Safety Authority, the facility analyzes samples of milk, water, spices, beverages, and especially meat—determining whether the meat is from a donkey, buffalo, or cow.

The lab is equipped with cutting-edge machinery, including FTIR, HPLC, and UHPLC systems, all meeting global testing standards.

According to officials, this facility will play a vital role in improving food safety, ensuring quality, and identifying harmful or substandard products in a timely manner.
