The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has invited applications for the Omani Scholarship Program 2025–26, offering fully funded undergraduate opportunities for Pakistani nationals to study in Oman.
Under the program, students can pursue bachelor’s degrees in Engineering, Humanities, Information Technology, and Sciences (excluding Medicine) at selected universities in Oman. The initiative aims to strengthen educational and cultural ties between Pakistan and Oman while providing high-achieving students with access to world-class academic resources.
