AirSial Announces Cabin Crew Recruitment Drive

AirSial, one of Pakistan’s fast-growing airlines, has announced a walk-in interview drive in Peshawar to recruit female cabin crew members. The interviews will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm at the Peshawar Serena Hotel, Khyber Road.

The recruitment is aimed at hiring confident and service-oriented professionals for the airline’s Islamabad base station.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Intermediate or A-Level
• Gender: Female
• Age: 18 to 25 years
• Height: Minimum 5’2’’
• Weight: As per BMI standards
• Marital Status: Single

Required Qualities

AirSial is seeking candidates with excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, strong interpersonal abilities, and a well-groomed personality.

• Original CNIC with a photocopy
• One passport-sized color photograph
• Fresh resume
• Copies of Matric and Intermediate/A-Level certificates

Salary Package

The airline is offering a handsome salary package starting from PKR 100,000, along with additional perks and benefits. Applicants are required to appear in formal business attire for the interviews.
