The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has increased the price of kerosene oil by Rs. 34.33 per liter, taking the new price to Rs. 276.66 per liter.
According to a notification issued by the authority, kerosene was previously priced at Rs. 242.33 per liter.
The latest revision comes alongside an increase in petrol and high-speed diesel prices announced by the government.
Petrol has become Rs. 5.44 per liter more expensive, while the price of high-speed diesel has increased by Rs. 31.05 per liter.
Following the latest revision, petrol will now retail at Rs. 316.15 per liter, while high-speed diesel will cost Rs. 354.35 per liter.
According to the notification, the revised petroleum product prices will remain effective from July 18 to July 20.
