Gold Inches Closer to Rs. 400,000 Per Tola as Prices Hit an All-Time High in Pakistan

The price of 24-karat gold per tola surged by Rs. 4,100 on Tuesday, reaching an all-time high of Rs. 388,100 compared to Rs. 384,000 on the previous day, according to data released by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs. 3,514, settling at Rs. 332,733, up from Rs. 329,219. The price of 22-karat gold also increased by Rs. 3,222, reaching Rs. 305,016 from Rs. 301,794.

Silver prices also saw an upward trend. The price of 24-karat silver per tola increased by Rs. 20 to Rs. 4,358, while the price of 10 grams of silver rose by Rs. 17 to Rs. 3,736.

On the international market, silver prices climbed by $0.20, reaching $41.25 per ounce, up from $41.05.
