Treet Battery Enters Lithium-Ion Battery Market Through Partnership with Chinese Firm

Treet Battery Limited (TBL) has announced a strategic agreement with Highstar Digital Energy Technology (Guangdong) Co. Ltd, a leading Chinese manufacturer of energy storage solutions, to import and sell lithium-ion batteries in Pakistan, according to the notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

This move marks TBL’s entry into the rapidly expanding lithium-ion battery market, complementing its existing lead-acid battery operations.

The collaboration with Highstar positions TBL to diversify its product portfolio and tap into emerging opportunities in renewable energy, electric mobility, and sustainable power applications.

By introducing advanced lithium-ion technology to the local market, TBL aims to strengthen its competitive edge, broaden revenue streams, and deliver long-term value to its shareholders, the notice added.

The company’s management expressed confidence that this development will drive future growth and boost investor confidence in TBL’s strategic direction.
