Karachi Juice Vendor Arrested for Allegedly Raping 100 Minor Girls

A chilling case of serial sexual abuse has rocked Karachi, with a local sharbat vendor arrested for allegedly assaulting over 100 minor girls over several years, police confirmed today.

The suspect, a resident of Abbottabad who relocated to Karachi in 2016, was apprehended by locals in the Qayyumabad area before being handed over to the Defense Police. The breakthrough came when a brave young survivor took a USB drive from the suspect’s home and gave it to a shopkeeper. The drive reportedly contained disturbing videos of the assaults, prompting residents to detain the perpetrator.

A Disturbing Confession

During police interrogation, the suspect reportedly confessed to targeting girls aged 7 to 13, according to South SSP Mahzoor Ali. He admitted his criminal activities began in 2016 and escalated significantly from 2019. In a shocking revelation, he disclosed manipulating victims into bringing other girls to him, with some enduring repeated assaults.

Targeting the Most Vulnerable

Authorities revealed the suspect allegedly preyed on the daughters of domestic workers and maids, exploiting their socioeconomic vulnerabilities. Posing as a sharbat seller, he allegedly lured victims with small sums of money or other enticements, taking advantage of their trust.

Documented Depravity

The investigation took a darker turn when police discovered the suspect had recorded his crimes. Nearly 100 videos were reportedly recovered from his mobile phone, alongside a diary listing victims’ names and attack dates, exposing the calculated nature of his actions.

Ongoing Investigation and Legal Action

Police have identified four victims, including two sisters, leading to four registered cases against the suspect. Medical examinations of the survivors are underway to gather further evidence. Authorities are also investigating whether the suspect acted alone or was part of a larger network. Questions remain about whether he sold the videos on the dark web for profit. A friend of the suspect, who died in an accident, is under scrutiny for potential involvement, though details are unclear.

Community in Shock

The case has sent shockwaves through Karachi, with residents demanding justice for the victims. Police are urging anyone with information to come forward as they work to uncover the full extent of the suspect’s crimes.
