Mine Lubes & Chemicals (MLC), a subsidiary of MAL Pakistan Ltd and Alliance Engineering Chaghai (Pvt) Ltd, a sister concern of the Automobile Corporation of Pakistan (AUTOCOM), have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening the mining sector in Pakistan through enhanced performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Operating under the shared vision of “Fill with Performance,” the collaboration brings together ExxonMobil’s globally recognized lubricants and chemicals endorsed by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with AUTOCOM’s deep-rooted expertise in vehicle support services, construction management, warehousing, and technical inspection.
This alliance is designed to bring world-class lubricant solutions for heavy equipment operating in the region, alongside tailored operational support for Pakistan’s key mining zone, Reko Diq.
The formal agreement was signed on September 10, 2025, at a ceremony attended by:
- Maj. Gen Abid Latif Khan (Retd) – Executive Director, Army Welfare Trust and Member of Board at MAL Pakistan Ltd as a Guest of Honour.
- Mr. Khawar Jamal – Chief Executive Officer, MAL Pakistan Limited and CEO of MLC Limited
- Mr. Khayam Husain – Managing Director, AUTOCOM
- Mr. Kamran Khan – Chief Executive Officer, AUTOCOM
and Senior leadership from both organizations also participated in the signing ceremony.
