The numbers highlight a performance gap of more than 8 percentage points between male and female students in the overall pass percentage.
Female students outperformed male students in every major group, with especially strong leads in humanities and pre-medical. Girls in science and commerce groups also showed consistently higher success rates, reflecting their stronger academic standing across the board.
