SG Power Signs Deal to Sell Japanese Medical Devices in Pakistan

Power Limited has signed a distribution agreement with Lablink Enterprises to distribute hospital products manufactured by Japan’s Nipro Corporation in Pakistan, according to a material information notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

Under the agreement, Lablink Enterprises, the sole distributor of Nipro hospital products in Pakistan for more than 15 years, will work with S.G. Power to distribute the company’s products across the country.

Nipro Corporation, headquartered in Osaka, Japan, manufactures medical devices, pharmaceutical products, hospital infusion therapy products, vascular products, and pharmaceutical packaging. The company operates in more than 150 countries.

According to the disclosure, the agreement is part of S.G. Power’s expansion into Pakistan’s healthcare sector through the distribution of Nipro hospital products. The company said it will provide further updates as required under applicable regulatory requirements.
