The bad blood between Pakistan and India during the 2025 Asia Cup shows no signs of fading, with reports claiming that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has taken issue with how Fakhar Zaman was given out in Sunday’s clash.
According to sources, Pakistan’s team management has lodged a formal complaint with the International Cricket Council (ICC) over the dismissal.
The left-hander was controversially adjudged out by third umpire Ruchira Palliyaguruge in the third over of the match. Fakhar edged the third ball of the over to Sanju Samson, who collected it low and claimed the catch.
