Premier Systems (Pvt.) Ltd., the authorized importer and distributor of Audi vehicles in Pakistan, has issued a statement addressing the false and misleading claims circulating regarding Audi’s operations in the country.

The company emphasized that sales, service, warranty support, and the import of vehicles and genuine Audi parts remain uninterrupted, reaffirming its strong and ongoing partnership with Audi AG.

The company stated that its partnership with Audi AG continues to be “strong, fully aligned, and beyond question,” reflecting Audi’s global vision and commitment to the Pakistani market.

Dismissing Allegations of Disruption

Premier Systems categorically rejected the allegations of disruption in vehicle imports or parts supply, calling them “categorically false, misleading, and without foundation.”

The company assured that the import process continues without interruption and that Audi vehicles and parts are readily available for customers.

Legal Matters and Disputes

In response to reports of legal disputes, Premier Systems confirmed it is involved in a single dispute with a customer, which is currently pending before the courts. However, the company emphasized that no legal proceedings exist between Premier Systems and Audi AG, describing such suggestions as unfounded. Premier also clarified that its legal representatives are pursuing action under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA) and other applicable laws in response to online allegations.

Earlier reports had discussed a single-customer dispute that escalated into litigation, defamation notices, and criminal proceedings. Some reports suggested that Customs had suspended Premier Systems’ authority to issue Import Trade Prices (ITPs). However, subsequent clarifications confirmed that Premier Systems still holds ITP authorization and continues to issue ITPs.
