Karachi to Donate 15 Aircraft to Various Institutions

The government has decided to donate 15 aircraft belonging to the Plant Protection Department to different organizations for educational and display purposes, official sources confirmed.

According to details, the fleet includes eight Cessna A185F aircraft and seven Fletcher-built planes, all of which have been grounded for several years.

Sources said the aircraft will be distributed among educational institutions, training academies, and museums, where they will serve as instructional tools and static displays for aviation and engineering students.

These planes were previously used for agricultural spraying, public health operations, aerial photography, anti-narcotics missions, and even artificial rain experiments.
