Girls VS Boys: BISE Multan 11th Class Results 2025 – Who Won?

The 2025 Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) First Annual Examination results from the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Multan reveal a clear performance gap between male and female students. Across every academic stream, both regular and private, female candidates outperformed their male counterparts, continuing a consistent trend from previous years.

Overall Pass Percentage

  • Boys: 46,820 appeared, 22,149 passed – 47.33%
  • Girls: 61,362 appeared, 38,857 passed – 63.33%
  • Combined: 108,182 appeared, 60,302 passed – 55.74%

Regular Candidates Performance

Humanities Group

  • Male: 13,376 appeared, 5,122 passed – 38.30%
  • Female: 15,764 appeared, 7,401 passed – 46.97%

Pre-Medical Group

  • Male: 9,425 appeared, 4,087 passed – 43.39%
  • Female: 14,133 appeared, 8,987 passed – 63.60%

Pre-Engineering Group

  • Male: 6,470 appeared, 2,753 passed – 42.57%
  • Female: 6,875 appeared, 4,483 passed – 65.21%

General Science Group

  • Male: 8,667 appeared, 3,209 passed – 37.03%
  • Female: 13,187 appeared, 6,382 passed – 48.41%

Commerce Group

  • Male: 1,822 appeared, 1,070 passed – 58.75%
  • Female: 1,665 appeared, 1,143 passed – 68.65%

Gender Gap in Academic Performance

Female students significantly outperformed male students across nearly every group in the Multan Board. The most pronounced differences were seen in humanities, commerce, and science streams, where girls’ pass percentages were consistently higher. Girls’ dominance in pre-medical further highlights their academic edge across the board.
