The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has decided to cancel the licenses of consumers producing electricity beyond their approved solar generation limit.
The action follows an internal review revealing that several consumers were generating significantly more electricity than permitted under their licenses. LESCO has begun issuing formal notices to individuals and businesses found violating the approved load limits.
The decision was made after identifying cases where consumers installed additional solar panels without authorization, resulting in excess power generation. These violations breach the licensing terms set by both the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) and LESCO.
LESCO had originally granted licenses to consumers under strict agreements, allowing them to generate electricity up to a specific limit. However, the installation of extra panels led to record increases in power generation, prompting regulatory action.
The company detected the irregularities through MDI readings. After confirming the violations, LESCO began issuing license cancellation notices to ensure compliance with national energy regulations.

Seems to me the government of thieves is overstepping their limits. The only limit they should care about is the free allocated units to thieves and thugs… I mean politicians and establishment and judiciary and bureaucrats.
