MDCAT 2025 Roll No Slips Are Out – Here’s How to Get Yours

The Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2025 will be conducted on October 26 across Punjab and other provinces, and the roll number slips are out. To sit for the MDCAT, every student must download and print the official roll number slip before the exam day, which includes the following information:

• Candidate’s roll number
• Name and address of the test center
• Reporting time
• Seat number

Candidates who fail to present their printed roll number slip and original CNIC or B-Form will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

How to Download the MDCAT 2025 Roll Number Slip

Once roll number slips are made available by the relevant provincial testing authorities, students can follow these steps:

• Visit the official website of your provincial authority (UHS, KMU)
• Locate the link titled “MDCAT 2025 Roll No Slip” or “Admit Card”
• Enter your Registration Number, CNIC, B-Form, or Username
• Click Download to save the PDF version
• Print the slip on plain A4 white paper
• Double-check all details, including test center and reporting time

Tip: Print at least two copies in case of any last-minute issues.

Exam Day Instructions

Candidates must follow these guidelines on the exam day:

• Arrive at the test center at least one hour before the reporting time
• Bring the printed Roll Number Slip and original CNIC or B-Form

• Only blue or black ballpoint pens are permitted
