The Works and Communications Department has announced plans to digitize 38 toll plazas in 24 districts across Punjab. The decision was made during a meeting chaired by Provincial Minister for Works and Communications, Malik Sohaib Ahmad Bharath, where department officials provided a comprehensive briefing on the project.
According to the briefing, an electronic toll collection system will be introduced at these plazas. The new system will allow for automatic vehicle verification and ensure transparent revenue collection, reducing the chances of manual errors and leakages.
Minister Malik Sohaib Ahmad Bharath stated that toll plazas in Attock, Bahawalpur, Khushab, Gujrat, Chakwal, Sargodha, Murree, Okara, Layyah, Lodhran, Multan, Muzaffargarh, Mianwali, Narowal, Hafizabad, Khanewal, Chiniot, Faisalabad, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Sahiwal, Vehari, and Gujranwala will be digitized in phases.

This a very very good decision, collection will go direct to the government and the supermayci of rude and illiterate persons who they don’t know how to talk.
welldone, now the system will be ruined further.
