The government has made it mandatory to include the five additional marks in tests conducted by IBA Sukkur, which oversees large-scale recruitment assessments in the province.

The directive applies to all provincial departments, according to the order issued by the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department. The notification was signed by Section Officer-V Sanaullah Qazi.

Officials say the policy aims to encourage merit, reward academic performance, and standardise recruitment criteria across Sindh’s government departments.
