SereneAir has responded to recent media reports surrounding its staff, stating that its Board of Directors remains fully committed to safeguarding the welfare of its staff.
In an official statement shared with ProPakistani, the airline clarified that pending payments to employees are currently being prioritized and will be completed promptly. The management emphasized that ensuring the timely disbursement of salaries and related dues remains a top focus during this phase.
SereneAir also confirmed that the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) has reinstated the airline’s Air Operator Certificate (AOC), enabling preparations for the resumption of flight operations.
The company’s statement follows widespread coverage by news outlets regarding its employees. SereneAir maintained that it is taking corrective measures to stabilize operations and honor its obligations to staff.
The airline expressed confidence that with regulatory approval restored, recovery efforts will accelerate and normal operations will resume in due course.
