Huawei has confirmed that its highly anticipated Mate X7 foldable smartphone will make its international debut on December 11, 2025.
Following its unveiling in China, Huawei is set to introduce the device to global markets at a “Flagship Product Launch” event in Dubai, UAE.
Huawei announced the international launch event via an Instagram post, but the company has not yet provided a full list of countries that will receive the Mate X7.
Currently, the UAE and Saudi Arabia branches of Huawei are promoting the launch on their websites, suggesting these countries will be among the first to get the device internationally.
The Huawei Mate X7 comes with high-end specifications, starting with the Kirin 9030 Pro chipset and running HarmonyOS 6. The device features a 5,525mAh battery, which should offer impressive battery life for its powerful setup.
The Mate X7 has two displays: an 8-inch foldable screen and a 6.49-inch cover screen, making it a versatile device for both media consumption and productivity.
In terms of cameras, the Mate X7 is equipped with five cameras: a triple-camera setup on the rear, featuring a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 40MP ultrawide sensor. The device also includes two 8MP selfie cameras, ensuring excellent performance for video calls and self-portraits.
