The federal government has announced that the moon for Rajab 1447 AH has been sighted in Pakistan, according to an official notification.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony issued the notice on Sunday. It said the announcement followed a decision by the Central Ruet e Hilal Committee.
As a result, the notification said 1 Rajab 1447 AH will begin from Monday, Dec. 22, 2025.
