Xiaomi will officially unveil the Xiaomi 17 Ultra on December 25 in China. The company has already confirmed the phone’s camera-focused design and has now shared a short hands-on teaser video showing the device in motion.
The teaser reveals that the Xiaomi 17 Ultra will be the company’s thinnest Ultra model to date, measuring 8.29mm in thickness. For comparison, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra measures 9.4mm, making the new model noticeably slimmer.
Xiaomi has confirmed that the Xiaomi 17 Ultra will feature extremely narrow bezels on all sides. From the front, the phone closely resembles the Xiaomi 17 Pro Max, and it may use the same display panel.
The Xiaomi 17 Ultra will be available in four color options: black, white, Starry Sky, and purple.
Cameras remain the main focus of the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. While detailed specifications have not yet been outlined, Xiaomi has already shared camera samples, offering an early look at what to expect from the device’s imaging performance.
More details are expected to be revealed at the official launch event later this month.
