A 56-year-old Chinese doctor, often described as having a “doll-like” appearance, has moved to Pakistan after developing a keen interest in the natural beauty of Pakistani women.
Dr. Hanfei, who is professionally trained as a doctor and is currently residing in Islamabad, said she was inspired to come to Pakistan after closely observing the facial features of Pakistani women.
According to her, Pakistani women have very attractive natural features, but many tend to show signs of aging much earlier than expected.
She explained that poor hydration and unhealthy eating habits are major reasons behind premature aging. “Many women do not drink enough water and consume excessive unhealthy food, which leads to fat accumulation around the face. This alters facial structure and makes the signs of aging appear much earlier,” she said.
Dr. Hanfei added that Pakistani women are naturally gifted with beauty, but factors such as poor diet, lack of sleep, financial stress, and limited awareness about self-care cause them to lose their youthful appearance quickly. She noted that prolonged stress and depression further worsen the situation over time.
Speaking about dark circles, she explained that the skin under the eyes is extremely delicate. Due to low water intake and frequent consumption of fast food, facial fat increases, pushing the cheeks outward. This affects blood circulation in the under-eye area, gradually causing the skin to darken.
She also dismissed the effectiveness of expensive creams, saying they may provide temporary satisfaction but do not solve the core issue. “The real problem is poor blood circulation, and the only solution is a healthier lifestyle,” she emphasized.
Dr. Hanfei shared that she has 30 years of experience in the field and is 56 years old, yet does not appear her age. She attributed this to maintaining discipline, prioritizing her body’s needs, and following a balanced lifestyle.
She further claimed that in Pakistan, many marriages reportedly face difficulties because women lose their youthful appearance early, stressing the importance of health awareness and self-care in daily life.
