Lahore School Results Still Not Uploaded

The incompetence of the District Education Authority (DEA) Lahore has come to light after the examination results of around 400,000 students from government schools were not uploaded on the SIS (Student Information System) App for the academic year 2024–25.

Across Punjab, 35 out of 36 district education authorities have successfully uploaded student results on the SIS App. However, the District Education Authority Lahore has so far failed to upload the results.

The results of Class 1 to Class 9 students from government schools were required to be uploaded on the system. Due to the absence of results on the SIS App, students are facing serious difficulties in securing admissions for the next academic session.

In response to the situation, the Programme Monitoring and Implementation Unit (PMIU) has summoned all teachers from Lahore’s government schools to attend school today, despite the ongoing holidays.

According to PMIU, results will be uploaded during official school hours, even though schools are officially closed. Teachers who fail to upload results have been ordered to appear at the Education Authority office on 2nd January.

PMIU has warned that any teacher who does not comply with these instructions will face disciplinary action under the PEDA Act.
