The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced a busy home international calendar for the 2026 season, with the home season beginning in March, following the 2026 T20 World Cup, with Pakistan touring Bangladesh for a three-match ODI series.
Bangladesh is set to host four Tests, 12 One Day Internationals (ODIs), and nine Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).
Pakistan will return to Bangladesh again in May for a two-Test series, which will be part of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2025–27 cycle.
| 3 ODIs | 12-16 March |
| First Test | 8 May |
| Second Test | 16 May |
In a statement, the BCB said the confirmed schedule ensures a full season of international cricket in Bangladesh, giving fans across the country the opportunity to watch top-level cricket at home. Match venues will be announced later.
New Zealand will tour Bangladesh in April and May for a full white-ball series, featuring three ODIs and three T20Is.
This will be followed by visits from Australia in June and India in August and September. Both teams are scheduled to play three ODIs and three T20Is each.
The home season will conclude in October and November with a two-Test series against the West Indies, which will also count towards the World Test Championship.
Ahead of the Test series, Bangladesh will host a three-day warm-up match from October 22 to 24. The first Test will be played from October 28 to November 1, followed by the second Test from November 5 to 9.
In addition to the senior international fixtures, the Sri Lanka A team will tour Bangladesh in May 2026 for two four-day matches and three one-day games.
