Gold Prices Continue to Rise in Pakistan, Silver Hits New High

Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Tuesday, following gains in the international market.

In the local market, the price of gold per tola reached Rs. 467,962, up Rs. 3,200 during the day.

Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs. 401,201, after rising by Rs. 2,743, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Monday, gold per tola had reached Rs. 464,762, after gaining Rs. 9,200 during the day.

The international rate of gold increased by $32 to reach $4,456 per ounce, with a premium of $20.

Meanwhile, silver prices also rose, increasing by Rs. 338 to reach Rs. 8,361 per tola.
