The Virtual University of Pakistan has announced the opening of admissions for the Spring 2026 semester for students worldwide.
According to the university, admissions opened on January 5, 2026, and applicants can submit their forms until February 20, 2026.
A press release stated that thousands of overseas Pakistanis are currently enrolled at the Virtual University and are pursuing higher education through its online learning system.
The university is offering admissions in a wide range of programs, including undergraduate degrees, associate degree programs, diplomas, and certificate courses. These include multiple BS programs, Associate Degree Programs (ADPs), and professional diploma and certificate options.
Rector Virtual University Prof Dr Nasir Mehmood said the institution delivers higher education at an affordable cost by using modern technology to make learning accessible. He added that the university operates campuses in nearly 140 cities across Pakistan, from Skardu to Gwadar, to provide academic and administrative support to students.
The university has made the admission process fully online, allowing students to complete all requirements from home. Applicants who need assistance can visit their nearest Virtual University campus, where staff provide free guidance and support.
