Here’s When Work on the 813-Kilometre N-25 Highway Will Be Completed

Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan on Wednesday assured Balochistan Governor Jaffar Khan Mandokhail that authorities will resolve issues related to the National Highway Authority in the province at the earliest.

During their meeting, Governor Mandokhail raised several concerns linked to NHA projects in Balochistan. Abdul Aleem Khan said the NHA continues to prioritize the construction, rehabilitation, and upgrading of highways in the province despite security challenges.

The minister said work has already started on the 813 kilometer National Highway N 25, which links Karachi, Quetta, and Chaman. He stated that the government plans to complete the project within two years and will ensure construction meets international standards.

Abdul Aleem Khan and the governor also discussed matters of mutual interest and reviewed the prevailing political situation in the country.

Governor Mandokhail invited the federal minister to visit Quetta, and Abdul Aleem Khan accepted the invitation.
